Qualifications
We are looking for a Store Manager for Marella!
The ideal candidate is a dynamic and strongly goal-oriented person with several years of experience in the role of store manager within fashion and/or luxury companies, in a department store context.
The chosen figure will be responsible for the store and will take care of:
- Coordinate and supervise all the Store’s activities;
- Organize the commercial spaces following the indications of the headquarters and manage the product according to the sales objectives;
- Develop and build trusting relationships with customers, offering purchase support and advice;
- Monitor sales data and achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives, proposing any commercial initiatives necessary to achieve the assigned budgets;
- Monitor turnover and KPI’s to have a broad view of the commercial performance of the Store;
- Work closely with the corporate departments supporting the Stores (Retail, Visual Merchandising and Buying Department);
- High managerial skills and excellent leadership skills in supporting and guiding a team, through the constant practice of feedback and being an example in the Store;
- Set off corporate values to the staff of the store to guarantee a quality service;
- Manage staff (identify staff needs, train and motivate staff, organize and plan schedules, manage holidays and free days, resolve conflicts and work on teamwork);
The profile is completed by:
Inclination for teamwork and human resource management;
Knowledge and passion for digital application;
Passion for fashion;
Positivity, flexible time table and strong talent for customer service;
Knowledge of English is mandatory, Italian will be considered a plus.
