JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, inventory, and store presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales management within a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and financial reporting.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
