JOB SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Greenhouse’s daily operations. This dynamic position entails leading department heads, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with buyers to ensure seamless inventory fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and post employee schedules using PUSH Operations
  • Collaborate with HR to assess and address staffing needs
  • Identify and implement training programs for both new hires and current staff
  • Partner with HR and other departments to develop engaging training materials
  • Mentor and guide department leads to foster professional growth
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Facilitate weekly staff meetings to align goals and address concerns
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for department leads
  • Mediate employee conflicts and implement actionable solutions
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and promptness
  • Perform regular floor tours to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Controller to create and manage fiscal budgets
  • Monitor store labour budgets and achieve monthly targets
  • Oversee Health and Safety compliance by leading the Health and Safety Committee.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Other duties as required
