OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining a positive shopping environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • A track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks related to retail operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales goals.
