OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining a positive shopping environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales goals.
