Are you ready to make a difference? We’re currently hiring for our next Store Manager at our Te Rapa outlet store.
The WHAT?
This opportunity is for 40 Hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday
As a Store Manager of this location, you will
- Run the daily operations of your store
- Use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on the daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Regional Manager to understand the customer’s needs
- Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified
- Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
- Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs.
- Commit to our 2024 blackout period; Monday 25th November 2024 - Wednesday 4th December 2024 and Monday 16th December 2024 - Sunday 5th January 2025. No leave will be approved during this time.
