Store Manager

We’re looking for a dedicated and fashion retail passionate Concession Manager to lead our team in London !
Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience:

• Be the face of The Kooples, welcoming and assisting customers with personalized service throughout their visit.
• Use your knowledge of our products and expertise in fashion to provide tailored advice and a memorable shopping experience.
• Foster customer loyalty and ensure complete satisfaction.

1. Drive Sales Performance:

• Maximize sales through strategic analysis of key performance indicators (Top, Flop, CR, ATV, UPT, etc.).
• Oversee stock management, ensuring accuracy and conducting regular inventories.
• Manage and optimize the store’s trading budget, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

1. Lead and Inspire Your Team:

• Play an active role in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Set and manage daily sales goals, creating a motivating environment with custom goals and challenges.
• Support the professional development of your team through regular assessments and coaching.

1. Ensure Seamless Store Operations:

• Plan schedules and manage store zoning to optimize efficiency.
• Implement visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines to maintain a high standard of presentation.

• Ensure the store operates smoothly, maintaining the brand’s high standards at all times.

Management Experience: You bring prior experience in retail or the premium service sector, with proven leadership skills.

• Results-Oriented: You have a strong commercial mindset and a culture of driving results.
• Fashion Enthusiast: Your passion for fashion, product knowledge, and awareness of industry trends set you apart.
• Organized & Proactive: You excel in operational tasks, from scheduling to visual merchandising.
• Tech-Savvy: You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and can leverage these tools for reporting and analysis.
