• Run the store day-to-day and aim to hit bonus incentivised KPIs.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Train new employees on operational procedures.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
