Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Vicky Tech’s retail operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, managing a motivated sales team, maintaining operational excellence, and achieving sales and profit targets. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Education: At least a diploma or certificate qualification in business management, retail management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    o Preferable that you have 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role, but is it not essential if you can demonstrate your ability and obtain a relevant qualification. However, if you do not have the above required qualification, you must have at least one year work experience in retail industry before.

o Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector is highly advantageous.

  • Skills:

o Strong leadership and people management skills.
o Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
o Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Great working attitude, you are required yo work 40 hour per week, and sometimes you may required to work during weekend.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management while maintaining compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by managing stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage, to ensure optimal availability of products.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets through effective strategies and market analysis.
  • Monitor sales trends, analyze market demand, and develop innovative strategies to boost store performance, increase foot traffic, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards by addressing and resolving concerns promptly while building long-term relationships through tailored solutions and expert advice.
  • Promote Vicky Tech’s products and services, including hardware, software, and peripheral products, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to build a high-performing, customer-focused team, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead by example to motivate the team and foster a positive work environment that supports individual and collective goals.
