STORE MANAGER | LUXURY STORE OPENING | £65,000
Zachary Daniels is exclusively working with a leading retailer who are opening a new high profile location in Ashford. This is going to be a high profile store where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and lead an exceptional team to make an impact.
We are keen to speak to Store Managers who come from a retail environment that is known for service & sales, you will make your store the ‘go to’ destination in a highly competitive marketplace. Full product training will be provided so we are extremely open on candidate background but a preference is for something within assisted sales, fashion, jewellery, footwear, high value stores, restaurants/hospitality, cosmetics or beauty as they lend themselves well to our clients focus.
Roles and Responsibilities as a Store Manager
- You will nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales, build lasting loyalty to the Brand.
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.
- Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Operationally, you will manage efficient back of house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
- Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
