Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We currently have an exciting new opening for a Store Onboarding Lead to join our Head Office based in North Sydney. This role will lead and support the onboarding of new stores, store transfers and offboarding of stores into and out of the Storage King Brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage store onboarding and offboarding checklists, engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Track progress and ensure completion of onboarding/offboarding plans and resource allocation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and identify risks or delays, reporting as needed.
- Attend stores to set up/disconnect equipment, working closely with the various teams.
- Lead the procurement process and notify suppliers of all items needed for store transitions.
- Coordinate website updates and marketing tasks for new or closing stores.
- Organize store operational requirements and hand over the onboarded stores to the Operations team.
