Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an excel wizard to join the Store Operations Team. Working to support the Regional Store Operations Department with administrative, professional, organisational and communication tasks including auditing and reporting to support with Regional compliance. The successful candidate will be highly accurate, articulate and professional and must be both proactive and reactive to effectively prioritise a high volume of tasks and meet strict deadlines. Successful candidates will have integrity and an advanced proficiency in excel skills. They should also be positive, driven and self-sufficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and professional support for the Regional Teams
  • Advanced level of excel skills
  • Report creation
  • Managing the efficient and accurate flow of communication both internally and externally
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external business stakeholders, responding to requests in a polite and professional manner
  • Processing invoices through ARIBA
  • Updating Personnel data through Workday
