YOU’LL BE PART OF A SMALL IN-STORE TEAM WITH THE NUMBER ONE GOAL TO GET TO THE HEART OF WHAT CUSTOMERS NEED FOR THEIR PROJECT. BE IT NEW SUGGESTIONS FOR A TILE REVAMP, A HUGE TRADE ORDER FOR COMMERCIAL PREMISES, OR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ADD ON PRODUCTS - YOU’LL UNDERSTAND WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE LOOKING FOR AND OFFER SOLUTIONS THAT FIT THEIR REQUIREMENTS.

Typical tasks include:

  • Greeting and liaising with customers when they enter the store
  • Providing information and advice on products / product types
  • Assessing customers’ bathroom needs and providing relevant advice and guidance
  • Dealing with requests for quotations
  • Understanding customer requirements and suggesting products that suit
  • Taking orders and processing payments
  • Monitoring stock levels and advising on delivery
  • General housekeeping
