ABOUT THE ROLE

Black Star Pastry is looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to work closely with the Store Manager across all areas of our beautiful CBD store, including overseeing employee performance and most importantly the customer experience.
This is a permanent full time role. Full training will be provided.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and train front of house employees providing feedback as required, as well as providing ongoing coaching in their roles.
• Have a thorough knowledge of all menu list items, in order to be able to accurately advise customers.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of all food and beverage prices.
• Confidently make food and beverage recommendations to customers.
• Responsible for pre-service preparation.
• Ensure that the quality and presentation of food is served to the set standards.
• Be familiar with food and beverage service etiquette, serving all food and beverage in a professional manner.
• Provide all customers with efficient and friendly service, fulfilling customer needs and ensuring standard of service is always maintained.
