We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Store Supervisorto support our Retail Team, based at our store in Guildford, Surrey.
Situated between the bustling high street and historic castle,our OKA store is nestled in the Tunsgate Quarter amongst a host of other luxuryretailers. The large store showcases our complete (and extensive) collectionacross 11,000 sq ft with a garden area that displays our outdoor range.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager the Store Supervisor isresponsible for assisting the Management Team in running one of our flagshipOKA retail stores. You will assist in the organisation and execution of thegeneral daily activities of the store, ensuring the team delivers the highestpossible standards of customer service and visual merchandising - both face toface and via phone - in the most efficient and effective manner. You will beresponsible for learning and development of 3/4 staff members and be proactivein motivating and leading the sales team to exceed the Sales and Profit &Loss targets.
