Total Tools Hoppers Crossing is looking for a Full Time Store Support Role, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting and rare opportunity for you to hone your sales craft and provide support to the Commercial & Purchasing teams in driving the sales strategy!
This position will suit a motivated individual who has previous sales experience working within a dynamic environment with solid growth. You will be supporting the Commercial & Purchasing teams in providing the highest level of customer service and sales to current, new, and potential account customers to enable the store to exceed customer expectations and support meeting the overall store performance levels.

• Provide pricing and sales support to the commercial sales team
• Liaise directly with the customers, stores, suppliers, internal departments and other key stakeholders to ensure all queries are managed effectively
• Utilise required pricing tools to create customer quotes and proposals
• Building solid working relationships and developing rapport with key stakeholders/accounts.
• Liaising with, and finding solutions, for current and potential clients
• Research and build relationships with new clients
• Monitor performance of sales for each account
