CAREER OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a driven and experienced retail manager for our New Minas location. As a Team Leader, you will lead the training and development of the Store Associates and manage the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, a team-oriented mindset, and is highly organized with a focus on exceptional customer service. QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCIES

  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
  • Post-secondary education with a focus in Leadership, Business Administration, or other related field is a plus
  • 3yrs+ of customer service and retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and loss prevention
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Solid work ethic and ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Desire to continuously learn, develop and educate team members to reach departmental goals
  • Ability to motivate and positively influence others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
  • Hair, Esthetic, or other industry license is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of store operations to protect resources and maximize sales results
  • Manage employee performance including training, providing feedback, coaching, mentoring, and ensuring accountability to all employees
  • Support the store’s recruiting and hiring processes, such as interviewing, offering positions, onboarding, and training
  • Follow established merchandising practices
  • Create and foster a respectful and supportive environment for employees and clients
