Responsibilities:
- to contribute to store solutions to secure an excellent buying experience for the IKEA customers.
- to plan and execute strong visual presentations that fits the layout of the store.
- to drive commercial calendar, shop design and planning.
- to secure drawings, planning processes, timelines and budgets
- to develop and lead your team through togetherness, encouragement and good communication.
- to collaborate and work closely together with other functions such as Sales, Logistics and Customer Experience on a daily basis
