Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to join our team in the UAE. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage of goods, maintaining stock levels, and supporting the efficient operation of our store . This is a key role that ensures the smooth flow of goods in and out of our stores and facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role in a warehouse or retail environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Physical ability to handle heavy lifting and move goods as needed.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and inventory control procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in English;&Hindi
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are a plus).
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Track and maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure that stock levels are well-maintained and reorder items when necessary.
  • Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Receive incoming deliveries, check for accuracy, and inspect goods for quality and condition.
  • Organizing Storage: Ensure items are stored in the proper location and maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area.
  • Stock Rotation: Monitor stock expiration dates (if applicable) and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure the first-in-first-out (FIFO) method is applied.
  • Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of stock movements, deliveries, and discrepancies. Maintain logs for stock counts and inventory adjustments.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and pack items for shipment or delivery to customers, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Inventory Audits: Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile any discrepancies in stock levels.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations are followed, including the proper handling of materials and the use of equipment.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with the purchasing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of materials and smooth workflow.
