Aurelia Metals Limited (ASX: AMI) (‘Aurelia’) is an Australian gold and base metals mining and exploration company. We own and operate three underground mine and processing facilities in New South Wales (NSW) and have an enviable portfolio of organic growth prospects in the region.
Our Peak Mine comprises several underground polymetallic (gold, lead, zinc, copper, and silver) and an 800 thousand tonnes per annum (ktpa) processing plant. The Mine is located in the northern Cobar Basin in western NSW, a short distance from the historical town of Cobar.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Store Person (Surface) to manage the flow of materials to the Peak Gold Mines store and Co-ordinate with the Purchasing Officer any increase or decrease of materials required for stores stock.
Reporting to Supply Supervisor, you will work with receive store stock into Pronto and put away on shelve, fill stock issue requests from maintenance shop and manage tool store.
This a residential role with a roster for this position of a 5 days on 2 days off, 4 days on and 3 days off 9 hour day roster.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Maintenance Planners in the OSR process to ensure prompt repair of plant.
  • Co-ordinate with Purchasing Officer changes in demand of material
  • Update item locations in Pronto
  • Maintain good customer service focus to other departments
  • Participate in stocktakes
  • Manage tool store, issue tools as required to Maintenance Dept.
  • Ensure all personnel in store wear appropriate PPE
  • Actively encourage all to have a keen safety and environmental senseGood housekeeping of warehouse areas
