THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $60,416 - $65,237 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.
Location: Drummond Street campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Ongoing position with a 6-month qualifying period.
The Centre for Energy and Infrastructure at Holmesglen is looking for a Stores Person who is motivated, highly organised and detailed oriented to join their Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) department at Holmesglen’s Drummond Street campus.
The job involves working with industry-standard equipment in our expansive facilities.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Keep the department’s ESI stores, plant and equipment stocked, organised, and maintained.
• Issue plant, equipment and teaching consumables required for training programs and upkeep of training areas.
• Undertake the basic upkeep and maintenance of training areas, pole yard & plant and equipment used for the delivery ESI programs.
• Report to the head of department on the condition of store areas, training areas and the maintenance of plant and equipment routinely.
