YOUR ROLE

• AM (5am – 1pm) shift, Mon-Fri
• Base rate of $35.11 / hour + 13.75% super
• Role offered under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National EA, the details of which can be found at fwc.gov.au.
  As a Team Leader on our customer contract (footwear) at Truganina VIC, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment.

• Coach, support and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety.
