We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stores & Logistics Coordinator. As a Stores & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

THE OPPORTUNITY … :

The main aspects of the Stores & Logistics Coordinator are

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
• Unload and sort materials and products
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products within the warehouse
• Prepare shipments for outbound delivery
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals
• Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Manage the ERP system

What we’re looking for in a Stores & Logistics Coordinator

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is nice to have but not essential
• Valid forklift operator certification is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Work in a safe manner and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
