Job Purpose:
Ensure stores procedures are followed, and incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed in a timely fashion to support the efficient running of the operation

ESSESTIAL CRITERIA:

• Be willing to undergo Garda Vetting and be able to pass a 5-year background check
• Have permission to live and work in Ireland without restriction
• Be willing to undergo pre-employment medical including drug screening.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).

• Ensure all actions are compliant with Company procedures in relation to airworthiness requirements, health & safety and environment.
• Accurate process of receipts, stock location, issuing of Dublin Aerospace & Customer materials.
• Accurately process Goods Outwards shipments to ensure timely dispatch of shipments
• Ensure IT systems are used effectively, and housekeeping maintained,
• Be prepared to undertake other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.
• Must be willing to achieve a Personnel Pack Approval from Quality.
• Be willing to meet drivers / visitors at Gateposts and escort them to Hangar 5 whenever required
