The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- White Card

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role – preferred
- Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works
- At least 4 years of experience working in a similar role on mining or major civil infrastructure projects of comparable size and complexity to the project
- Warehousing, distribution management experience
- Stock and materials management experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite, (ERP SAP is preferred)
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To assist the Chief Store Keeper in running the Warehouse Operations within the Snowy 2.0 project for FGJV.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate records of goods ordered, received, and delivered
- Manage and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in the receipt, storage, retrieval, and the timely dispatch of goods from warehouse.
- Manage in arranging all material in warehouse and lay-down yards as efficiently as possible to maximize productivity of personnel and utilization of space.
- Ensure all workplace health and safety requirements are met.
- Upon the establishment of inventory, coordinate cycle counts and take responsibility for min/max requirements, re-order reports, etc. to ensure consistent supply chain management practices are met.
- Assist the Chief Storekeeper in running the operation and managing the logistic.
- Plan and arrange all material in warehouse and lay-down yards as efficiently as possible to maximize productivity of personnel and utilization of space.
- Proactively initiate & implement improvements to warehouse where applicable.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose best solution to a given situation
