Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the operational team to consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual commitments.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and audit readiness across all facilities, managing both Hard and Soft FM services.
- Drive client satisfaction by fostering strong, long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring effective budget management and productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to enhance financial and operational performance.
- Act as a visible leader on-site, supporting both clients and team members in delivering service excellence.
