REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role, ideally within a major IT vendor (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Google, IBM, LinkedIn, or similar).
  • Strong personal network within Saudi Arabia’s business landscape.
  • Experience in selling AI solutions or applications; hardware backgrounds are not suitable.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals with a strategic approach.
  • Strong understanding of account planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to navigate and influence multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a results-driven Strategic Account Executive with a deep understanding of the Saudi market and the ability to leverage a strong personal network. This role requires someone who can effectively engage with multiple stakeholders, close complex, high-value deals, and develop strategic account plans that align with both customer needs and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
  • Leverage your existing personal network to identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Close complex multi-million dollar deals, effectively engaging C-level and senior stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Understand the nuances of the booming Saudi market, including emerging trends and opportunities, to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently follow up with potential clients, ensuring sustained engagement and alignment with business requirements.
  • Accurately forecast, report, and manage sales performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management, highlighting opportunities and potential challenges in the market.
