Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated “Strategic Account Manager – AV Industry” to join our team and drive sales growth within the AV Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a passion for the AV Industry, and a proven ability to lead a sales team to success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the AV industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the AV industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and securing new clients and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
