Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
Bidvest Noonan is seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Strategic Account Manager to support its Healthcare Operations in the Connacht/Munster area. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the purpose of this role is to drive the strategic development and growth of the contract, developing and leading operational excellence and best business practice, optimising our service and value offering to achieve performance targets. This role requires strong leadership and motivational competence along with excellent client relationship building skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible and accountable for commercial performance, P&L, cash management and client/Bidvest Noonan budgets
- Support the delivery of the annual budget, supporting the Director of Operations in growing revenue within the contract
- Manage the client relationship, ensuring a high level of service performance by Bidvest Noonan employees on each site
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards as well as legislative, client and Bidvest Noonan industry sector compliance requirements
- Responsible for the sector Quality & Safety Audit compliance and driving year on year improvements in the sector safety performance
- Ensure all necessary Industry and Client processes and procedures are adhered to
- Responsible for the retention of the contract, ensuring protection and growth of margin
- Lead the development and management of KPI’s
- Promote a strong health and safety culture within the sector, ensuring the portfolio is fully compliant with Industry Standards, relevant employment legislation, ISO and Company procedures
- Endorse and promote new Group initiatives and ensure they are implemented within the business
