Description:

As we, at Medicover, continue to grow and develop our business in Romania, we are looking for an exceptional Strategic Account Manager - Bucharest location.
As a Sales Person, you – individually and as part of your Team - will significantly contribute to our medical services development, being a driver for our excellence and thus, having the opening to distinctively and directly contributing to people health and life improvements. This is a challenging and exciting role for an ambitious, self-starting, passionate business professional, willing and fully capable of seeking and creating the context of high quality services provided to our customers, of building constructive people relationships, demonstrating empathy, keen for own development, sharing Medicover Values.
Your primarily goals are toward promoting the company’s services and products, the company’s image, in accordance with the sales strategy, with the principles and values of Medicover. To actively contribute towards achieving the future most effective, valuable sales team; to realize the sales strategy in your area of accountability, fully aligned with our mission, our operating principles; to achieve with efficacy the allocated business objectives/ targets.

For this ROLE, you will be required for:

  • Impeccable Integrity. This is DNA and paramount for Medicover.
  • Proven capacity in sales setting, within complex environments and multiple products portfolio; in organizing and managing sales portfolio/ activity to ensure efficacy.
  • Act as a constructive team player, distinctively contributing to achieve team goals and for a collective good
  • Knowledge of the Romanian healthcare/ medical services industry. Would be a plus, not a must.
  • English literacyExcellence in:
  • Leadership. This is key for strengthen our mind set, potential, capacity.
  • Human interactions - Building and developing constructive relationships. Humanistic encouraging. Self -Actualizing. This is particularly required in Medicover, where everything we do and achieve is built on fundamental humanistic principles and behaviors, i.e. people health and life.
  • Achievement drive – Always challenging, rewarding ambitions to fulfill in Medicover
  • Business acumen – Again, very important to display, given the complexity and the impact of our actions into the humans’ lives.

  • Customer servicing. Our major goal in this area is to deliver that Customer Experience which our customers need, expect, appreciate as adding value for them; Sales Manager is one of the roles that is fully suitable toward creating/developing the context to achieve this goal.
