Description:

Overview:
As a strategic account manager, you will communicate the PCONA value proposition Why Panasonic through engaging presentations and conversational meetings vs. leading with hardware while developing/facilitating executive level customer relationships and creates opportunities with strategic accounts. This role will specialize in the Enterprise space. Focus vertical markets are Food service, retail, C-store, grocery, transportation.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required. Advanced degree a plus
  • Individual comes with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Enterprise space.
  • A proven ability to identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships
  • A proven track record of working independently as part of a larger team
  • Understanding of the value of rugged mobility is a plus

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Position requires 75% travel and must show history of this level of travel in past experiences.

THE SALARY RANGE BELOW IS JUST ONE COMPONENT OF PANASONIC CONNECT’S TOTAL PACKAGE. ACTUAL COMPENSATION VARIES DEPENDING ON THE INDIVIDUAL’S KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE. THIS ROLE MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR DISCRETIONARY BONUSES AND INCENTIVES.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,00

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

You will engage and leverage relationships with internal resources and industry partners to create opportunities to further drive solution-based sales throughout the Enterprise sub verticals.
You will manage programs from initiation through delivery, interfacing with the customer and company resources on technical and business issues.
You will provide timely, accurate & complete sales reports along with updating Sales Opportunities in Sales Force to support the Tam’s with forecasting.
Within the accounts you will build long term pipeline and expand your relationships deep and wide within the organization/agency by introducing PCONA products, third party products and services into the accounts.
You will analyze and understand the customer strategy, future product plans and expansion activities to develop penetration strategies for new business opportunities along with leading the planning, design and implementation of customer specific business plans including managing and providing support for the account. Establishes, communicates, and holds direct and matrix team accountability for contract terms, program budgets, schedules, operational activities, and performance metrics to drive profitability and customer satisfaction awareness & demand for our products.
The role will be vertically aligned with the Panasonic Epic sales team and leadership to drive incremental pipeline growth and revenue attainment.
