Your role will build and maintain relationships at all levels with each strategic broker to thoroughly understand their strategy, culture, personalities, customer base, and decisions making to ensure they fully understand RSA’s propositions.
You will comply with the required standards of sales excellence, best practice, operational effectiveness and efficiency, and Group legal and regulatory requirements. Your role will support, develop and coach the development of Account Managers, SBDM’s and other more junior colleagues.
