Description:
XEROX CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o., subsidiary of Xerox Corporation, worldwide leader in the fields of Document Technology and Services, offers a job opportunity for the Strategic Account Manager in the Direct Sales team (Large Accounts).
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A proven track record of 3-4 years in sales engagements and negotiations with clients in large accounts’ account management roles.
- Proven experience in the field of IT Services will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues.
- A very good knowledge of major IT Solutions and ability to successfully match them with customers’ needs.
- Ability to understand IT market trends, and big customers’ complex environments/needs.
- Demonstrated aptitude for innovation and appreciation of client business drivers.
- Be sales and services oriented, being also able to work closely with internal customers and external suppliers.
- Have excellent writing and presentation skills in English and Czech.

Responsibilities:
- Promotes Xerox’s relationship with a designated group of Large Accounts customers in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Discovers new business opportunities across the designed territory, selling the entire Xerox portfolio.
- Focuses on driving profitable, sustainable growth in those accounts, through building and implementing individual account plans.
- Acts as an influencer of client’s enterprise document strategy.
- Creates opportunities for selling unique, value-added solutions and services, across the Xerox portfolio.
- Liaises with pre-sales to design solutions and workflows which enhance customers’ productivity.
- Is aware of the industry trends and adapts Xerox offerings to customer needs.
- Continuously strives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
