JOB DESCRIPTION

The Strategic Accounts Director for the Business and Industry segment at Aramark Canada is a pivotal role focused on driving sales growth and expanding relationships with key clients across Canada. This role requires a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in account management and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships to achieve revenue targets nationwide.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic account management and business development, preferably in the business and industry sector.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel across Canada as needed.
