Strategic Plan and management
Deliverables
Ensure Ministry alignment with provincial EMR/HIS integration technical strategies focused on the interoperability of applications and data between the Ministry’s digital assets and Ontario Health, to enhance patient centered care.
Review MOH requirements (business and technical) to determine approach and prioritization principles working with HPDD and OH.
Facilitate MOH understanding of Ontario Health digital/information technology strategies, governance and program roadmaps related to EMR/HIS integration, to ensure alignment with Ministry strategies
Advocate with Ministry leadership to plan and implement technology solutions that deliver business strategy and value; informed by strategies and priorities within the Ministry.
Contribute to the development of business cases required to execute on technical/digital projects with HPDD and OH and other key digital health organizations.
Contribute to the governance process to prioritize and review proposed, and in-flight projects based on a long-term roadmap.

Deliverables
Review new or current initiatives to ensure technical alignment and understanding of technical approaches
Collaborate as directed with key stakeholders to deliver and maintain project assets - documented and maintained in a high-level roadmap.
Represent portfolio at external and inter-Ministry meetings related to digital health EMR/HIS integration, with partners and stakeholders, as needed.

Deliverables
Facilitate interaction with and development of win-win positions with HSC, HPDD and OH leaders communicating awareness, alignment, and status of MOH goals and outcomes.
Apply supportive, consultative approach to help the Ministry deliver EMR/HIS integration goals via multi[1]organizational teams and delivery partners including HPDD and OH.
Support cross-functional teams in delivering initiatives and services in a seamless manner to address program priorities building alignment to the operating model.
Help Ministry leaders lay the foundations for current and future ways of working with business partners to leverage the SADIE technology platform
