Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Advisor for Zillow Showcase, you will be a key account owner in driving growth, innovation, and excellence across the most valuable agent partnerships. You’ll be responsible for managing growth, adoption, retention of top-tier accounts, and contributing to the development of new sales and retention strategies.

This is a remote role, and the key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with Team Leads and top-performing agents, serving as their trusted strategic advisor in leveraging a suite of products to drive transformative growth.
  • Develop and execute complex, multi-product growth strategies to maximize revenue and retention for our highest-value accounts, consistently exceeding aggressive growth targets
  • Develop business cases with our customers to demonstrate the strategic value of our product and services
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Engineering teams to provide critical market insights to drive product improvements and new revenue streams based on deep customer understanding
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain Zillow’s competitive edge
  • Serve as a prominent Zillow ambassador at major industry events, conferences, and executive roundtables, establishing thought leadership and influencing the direction of real estate technology
  • Regularly traveling in-market (30%) and conducting video consultations with customers to coach on marketing tactics and strategies, establish relationships built on mutual trust, and drive adoption of agent product offerings.
  • Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven strategic business reviews to partner organizations, demonstrating clear ROI and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, revenue projections, and strategic growth plans for the division
  • Showcase in-depth domain expertise in local real estate trends, regulatory compliance, market activity, and landscape insights of the designated market, driving successful adoption of agent products through customized strategies tailored to client growth potential.
  • Fully aligning with and representing Zillow Group’s Core Values, exemplifying leadership.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador for Zillow, representing the best interests of the company and its partners.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $104,000.00 - $166,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
