Job Description
We’re looking for outstanding graduates to join our Advisory Services team.
In our Advisory Services team, we work closely with decision-makers across the private and public sectors to understand the complex challenges they face. Building trusted relationships is essential to our approach, ensuring we can collaborate effectively to provide bespoke solutions that help overcome challenges and achieve objectives.
As a graduate, you’ll have the chance to rotate through different specialist teams, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of areas. Working within a multidisciplinary environment will broaden your knowledge and network, giving you a clear sense of where you might want to focus your consultancy career in the future.

Our Advisory Services unit includes:

  • Strategy+ management consulting team who advise clients on business strategy, understanding existing and target operating models and enable clients to achieve their target state through structured transformation and change management.
  • Asset Advisory team who provides expert guidance to clients on optimising their real estate investment strategies, improving portfolio performance and managing asset risks effectively.
  • Industrial Advisory team who specialise in technical process optimisation to improve clients’ manufacturing and production processes, lowering costs, boosting efficiency, increasing quality and generating value.
  • Strategic Procurement team who help major infrastructure client organisations develop the optimal procurement, contract and commercial strategies to deliver their major construction projects and programmes.
  • Transaction Advisory team who provides technical due diligence services to lenders and investors to assure their investment in infrastructure and real estate projects.

Qualifications
You should hold / be predicted a minimum 2:1 Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Alongside your degree, we are looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

  • Information Analysis – gathering diverse information sources and applying an analytical approach to interpret, evaluate, reason, and reflect to make informed judgements and extract insights.

  • Initiative – demonstrating a proactive mindset with a strong interest in problem-solving to enhance business strategy and operations.
  • Business Acumen – a solid grasp of fundamental business concepts such as finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Communication Skills – producing high-quality outputs that resonate with clients, using both written and verbal communication, including storytelling techniques.
