Job Description
The Strategic Analyst is responsible for managing the strategic planning process across all Correct Craft entities. This role also serves as the Project Manager for Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activity, as well as ad hoc project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, influence based leadership, and a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Analytical mindset and problem solving skills with a focus on finding creative solutions.
  • Ability to make sound judgments and take the initiative to make decisions and deliver results within the functional area of responsibility with minimal direct supervision.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage cross functional relationships.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Advanced technical ability in Microsoft Office Suite.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar is required.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar is required.
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • PMP or similar certification is preferred.
