Responsibilities:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, data science, business administration or another related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience in gathering data, building models, conducting analyses, and translating complex findings into clear visualizations and recommendations
  • An understanding of the healthcare landscape in Canada and health/diagnostic industry trends would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in data mining, business intelligence and analytical platforms (e.g. PowerBI)
  • Intellectual curiosity to proactively research, analysis, and synthesize external (market) information
  • Ability to take ownership and apply critical thinking to tasks of a strategic and complex nature
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information with clarity
