Description:

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Leading the development of Asset Management Plans.
  • Lead insights from the Asset Lifecycle Plans to support strategic planning and decisions.
  • Manage, lead or support programs and projects that drive harmonisation and best practice operations using learnings from Asset Lifecycle Plans.
  • Monitor and track the outcomes of Asset Lifecycle Plans and continuously look for opportunities for improvements.
  • Collaborate across business units to develop artefacts and ensure the artefacts are accepted by the business owners and appropriate sign-off is obtained.
  • Provide inputs to improvement programs including suitable projects, estimated value, and schedule for delivery, governance, sponsorship, assessment and prioritisation.
  • Ensure the impact on the business and change management processes are effectively utilised to ensure success.
  • Lead the implementation of the City FM Asset Management Framework, ensure appropriate engagement and “buy-in” from stakeholders to ensure success.
  • Building strong relationships throughout the business and the ability to clearly articulate ideas and processes are key attributes to be successful in this position.
  • Provide updates and presentations.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE/BE:

  • Masters or Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with proven results in their specialist area with the ability to translate this to a continuous improvement environment.
  • Developed strategic asset management plans and have a working knowledge of relevant industry standards such as ISO55001.
  • You’ll be a strategic thinker who can articulate complex problems into simple concepts and enjoy the various challenges that come with a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
  • As a strong communicator, both written and verbal, you enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • You are naturally an organised person and have the ability to prioritise, delegate and remain calm under pressure.
  • Obtain the commercial acumen to drive value through the business.
  • You’ll have proven experience writing reports and telling compelling stories using data.
