  • About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing a wide range of responsibilities. This pivotal role demands a proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail who can handle a range of tasks with precision and efficiency. You will be instrumental in ensuring the CEO’S day-to-day operations run smoothly and effectively, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a proactive, business-minded approach, capable of handling complex schedules and supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Act as a right-hand support to the CEO, assisting with day-to-day operations and high-level strategic initiatives

  • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate strategic projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

  • Track project progress, prepare status updates, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning sessions, helping to set priorities and identify key growth opportunities.
  • Communication and Reporting: Draft and edit internal and external communications, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
  • Summarize meeting discussions and action items, following up with relevant parties as needed.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvement and assist in streamlining workflows and processes.
  • Implement tools and strategies that improve efficiency and support long-term goals.
  • Decision Support: Provide insights, recommendations, and strategic support for high-impact decisions.
  • Gather necessary information, assess options, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Meeting Support: Attend key meetings, including Senior Leadership Team (SLT) sessions, to take accurate, detailed minutes and ensure action points are documented.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact between the VP and both internal and external stakeholders. Build positive relationships, respond to inquiries efficiently, and manage communication to keep everyone aligned.
