Description:

MUST HAVE

Experienced Key Account Manager: 4+ years in account management, ideally in competitive markets within software/IT services. Proven record of hitting targets and growing accounts with data to back it up
Enterprise and SME Experience: Skilled in working with a mix of enterprise and SME clients, including international partners
Collaborative & Transparent: You prioritize teamwork, are proactive, and work with honesty and transparency as key principles
Future-Ready Leadership Style: Eager to share knowledge, initiate improvements, and help drive sales and development success
Fluent English (C1) & Polish: Strong communication skills in both languages, particularly in negotiation and client relationship management
Organized & Self-Driven: High initiative, with the ability to prioritize and achieve goals independently
Willingness to Travel: Comfortable with frequent business trips, including quarterly client visits

Responsibilities:

Client Partnerships Management: Lead the full journey with each client, from onboarding to strategic growth, making sure every partnership benefits both the client and the company
Strategic Planning & Negotiations: Shape tailored strategies for each client, confidently negotiating terms and aligning solutions with their goals. Drive outcomes that meet and exceed company KPIs and keep clients highly satisfied
Quote and Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to craft proposals and presentations focused on delivering win-win solutions and long-term value
Project Profitability & Financial Management: Monitor and improve project profitability, aligning financials with both client expectations and company goals
Sales Growth Initiatives: Work closely with teams to identify new opportunities, increase cross-selling and upselling, and proactively deliver innovative, impactful solutions
Team Development and Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to a culture of honesty, transparency, and continuous improvement. Share knowledge and insights to elevate team effectiveness
Performance Tracking: Implement, monitor, and report on budgets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of the company
Client Engagement: Maintain a close, proactive connection with clients through regular site visits and quarterly reviews
