Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the strategic development and implementation of a sustainable product group strategy for electric motors
- Independently observing and analysing international procurement markets and identifying trends and areas for action at an early stage
- Establishing and expanding supplier pools in line with our corporate strategy
- Qualifying and developing suppliers together with the specialist departments
- Independently carrying out benchmarks for series parts, new technologies and new markets
- Systematically analysing and implementing potential savings
- Negotiating and concluding international supplier contracts
- Co-operation with the purchasing department of the business units and global purchasing
