ABOUT US

The department “Sourcing Facility, Office & Store Demand” is part of the Group Indirect Procurement area at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering excellence in procurement of services and goods not for resale.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) to drive Indirect Procurement initiatives. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for driving efficiency in procurement processes and strategy development, we are looking forward hearing from you.

• Develop procurement strategies for certain categories in the area of Facility, Office & Store Demand
• Develop and execute project plans for indirect procurement initiatives, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, sustainability, tax and operations, to ensure alignment and successful project implementation
• Collaborate with suppliers to understand project requirements, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure successful contract execution
• Identify potential risks associated with procurement projects, market trends and develop strategies to mitigate these risks
• Ensure that procurement processes adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements
• Procure within project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work to achieve financial goals
