Description:

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree level education or equivalent. Strategic Communications experience working at an agency with progressive clients/industries, or experience in a Strategic Marketing Communications role.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering comprehensive communications strategies across multiple channels – incl. digital, social, advertising, PR, events, video, events etc.
- Experienced in the analysis of market and trend reports and the development of key insights to inform and drive strategic communications.
- Customer-oriented communicator with the ability to design and develop strategic communications across all channels that deliver against objectives.
- Innovative thinker with an entrepreneurial drive to maximise communications opportunities.

Responsibilities:
As Strategic Communications Manager you will:
- Support the creation of an integrated communications strategy that aligns with business goals, encompassing brand, digital, PR, and other channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define communication objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign success.
- Represent the UK & Ireland in the European online community, sharing best practices and leveraging opportunities from other regions.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate the latest tools and techniques to continuously evolve the communications strategy.
- Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns to enhance awareness, sentiment, and engagement around the BASF brand and its key initiatives.
- Establish and maintain media relationships, oversee PR material distribution, and ensure alignment with strategic messaging and company values.
