We are looking for a Strategic Customer Sales Manager to join our sales team
In this role, you will prospect new strategic customers and create “Energy as a Service” sales opportunities by leading need identification and influencing the entire decision-making process, from production and asset management to the CEO level. The focus will be on customers in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and create new sales opportunities, including conducting background research and evaluating customer manufacturing processes.
  • Assess customer business needs and evaluate sales potential.
  • Map out the customer’s decision-making chain, identifying key stakeholders.
  • Present sales offers, manage the sales process, and track customer progress.
  • Oversee approval processes and prepare necessary materials.
  • Arrange contractual negotiations and collaborate with sales colleagues to finalize contracts.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • Several years of B2B solution sales experience
  • Experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, and established network within main target industries
  • Experience in contacting and communicating C-suite level decision makers
  • Understanding of utilities such as energy and water used by industrial clients
  • Understanding of general business processes, financial analysis such as P/L calculations, balance sheet calculations, market analysis, and project profitability assessment & metrics
  • Excellent networking, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Willingness, drive and ambition to get things done
  • Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Higher university degree in business or technology
