Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Strategic Data Senior Lead. This key position requires a dynamic and experienced professional to drive partnership across the CFD Sub-domain leaders. This role will define and articulate a clear strategic source strategy for CFD and drive implementation of the CF Strategic Sourcing roadmap. This role is a senior strategic position reporting directly to the Strategic Data Source and Deficiency Director and will be interfacing with multiple teams and Business leaders. Additionally, this lead role will monitor unapproved data source remediation efforts toward the strategic sources. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated proficiency managing a wide range of very detailed efforts with minimal margin for error.

In this role, you will:

  • Define, and articulate a strategic source plan for the CFD businesses partnering with sub domain executive leadership.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
  • Develop strategic analytic roadmap and prioritization with review and agreement on timing from Domain Executive and CF leaders.
  • Develop strategic sourcing guidelines and desktop procedures to execute this work in a consistent controlled manner.
  • Manage and monitor Unapproved sources remediation processes and monitoring for the Tier 1 and Tier 2 use cases.
  • Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy
  • Consider and leverage automations and workflow processes to support ongoing strategic sourcing tracking and unapproved source remediation efforts
