QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, Financial Analyst, Strategic Development, or a related position.
• Previous exposure as a Consultant or Auditor is a plus.
• Experience using Tableau is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Well-versed in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in Mandarin will be a significant advantage.

• Liaise with key stakeholders across the company to gain necessary data and information.
• Prepare monthly production report by business units and by product.
• Perform analysis and identify any trend on the operational key metrics and financial performance that will help the business units in making decisions.
• Regularly perform market research on insurance market landscape, in Indonesia and overseas.
• Assist in preparing report for meeting with BOD or potential investors.
• Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the superior / CEO.
