SHORT SUMMARY:
Drive communications, stakeholder relationships, and lead content creation for email, web, and internal channels as the Strategic Engagement Advisor.

Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE:
As the Strategic Engagement Advisor, you will coordinate the various elements of the organisation’s internal and external communications, and stakeholder relationship management. You will also lead the creation of written content across email, web, and internal communication channels.
You will undertake a variety of activities including but not limited to:
- Contributing to the organisation’s strategic marketing and branding objectives through the identification and development of corporate publications, templates, forms, and other documents that support business needs and facilitate best practice outcomes.
- Providing high level advice to staff on communications materials and mediums suitable to meet their communication requirements and edit content as required.
- Supporting the ongoing planning, development and review of intranet and internet sites and content.
- Coordinating, writing and editing information for corporate publications including the newsletters, social media content, videos, feature articles, online content and promotional material.
As the successful Strategic Engagement Advisor, you will champion the values of collaboration and resilience and approach the role with a responsive and cognizant mindset. You will make insightful and timely decisions which consider environmental factors and stakeholder needs. You will possess the following:
- Proven ability to liaise and communicate both verbally and in written form at a high level and establishing positive working relationships with staff at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse problems and demonstrate autonomy, authority, and judgment in developing and implementing solutions in a face paced environment.
- Experience in working with a broad range of people, including senior management and external contractors.
- Experience working with various social media platforms and Electronic Direct Mail platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate communications functions
