The ideal candidate is passionate about events, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills to execute at a high level. They should also have a passion for event technology, especially for using it to enhance the attendee experience and event outcomes. They will demonstrate an ability to solve business needs through creative event planning and efficiently manage evolving priorities.

- Identify key third-party events, conferences, expos, and sponsorship opportunities that align with the company’s target audience and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party event organizers, sponsors, and industry partners to secure premium placements, speaker spots, and high-visibility opportunities.
- Lead the planning and execution of both third-party and internal RainFocus events, managing logistics, budgeting, staffing, and promotional efforts.
