THE OPPORTUNITY
Roche Diagnostics Africa is seeking a Strategic Healthcare Consultant to identify, develop and deliver Strategic Roche Healthcare Consulting projects for key stakeholders with the aim of driving the transformation of Healthcare systems within supported markets. Drive the internal focus on transformative healthcare approaches and new business models in line with the Africa 10x strategy.
This role will focus on African projects, although there is an expectation for some support for broader EMEA LATAM Regional projects with participation in the International Strategic Healthcare Consulting community.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Business Development
- Relevant Product Knowledge
- Commercial Knowledge
In the absence of relevant qualifications, experience in the relevant field and at the relevant level will be considered
RECOMMENDED SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong business acumen with the ability to integrate commercial objectives into project management processes.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in managing contracts and commercial terms.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive commercial success.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally
